Tim Andrea is a partner and the President of Veracity Technologies. His day-to-day responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and managing all of the financial aspects of the company.
In addition to earning a ScrumMaster certification, Tim has received advanced training in multiple areas of business development, accounting and I.T. management.
Prior to Veracity Technologies, Tim owned a business management consulting firm where he was sought after for his expertise in business analysis, data mining, custom reporting analytics, process improvement implementation, strategic planning and financial reporting.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending his time with his wife, children and grandchildren. As time allows, he also enjoys fishing in Northern Minnesota.
Jon Hutchins is a partner and the Vice President of Veracity Technologies. Internally, his roles and responsibilities include direct management of the Business Development and network operations teams, as well as, providing strategic decision towards the company’s growth and managed service delivery model.
Jon has been with the company since 1997 and has over 20 years of industry expertise in delivering consultative strategic advisory and solutions management to the SMB market. Jon began his career with accreditations in Information Systems Management and over the years achieved many technical and sales focused certifications aligned to support the business solutions delivered to Veracity’s clientele.
Jon's tenure in the business has led to extensive leadership and management skills that are proven through the company’s continued success and world class delivery services. He credits his achievements to a persistent investment in professional development, client relations, learning from industry peers and aligning strategic partnerships.
On the personal side, Jon is a proponent for work life balance and dedicates his free time to his family, friends and social gatherings. Jon has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys the many activities that the Minnesota seasons offer.
The Virtual CIO team portrays the vision of Veracity by supporting our clientele through strategic advisory and operational account management. With a goal of building and maintaining long term client relationships, the 'Trusted Advisor' role is achieved by providing our clients with a consultative approach to managed technology solutions that align with their business objectives
The Professional Services team supports the direction and implementations of new technologies delivered to the Veracity clientele. By means of technical expertise, project management and professional guidance, they support multiple facets of the organization needed to perform and serve as an escalation point for detailed and complex projects.
The Network Administration team assists in defining and implementing 'The Veracity Way' for our partners. Through a proactive approach, they deploy and manage technology solutions, implemented with industry best practices that ensure the success of our clients network operations.
The Support and Centralized Services teams work hand-in-hand to support the daily needs of our clients through both reactive and proactive services. The Support Services team provides first-line support to our clients while setting and managing client expectations. The Centralized Services team provides support for all Veracity clients through monitoring, maintenance and management of their network infrastructures.
