When Grazzini Brothers of Eagan, Minnesota, moved into its current headquarters in 1997, it relied on Veracity Technologies to design and implement the technology infrastructure. The building was a clean slate, allowing Veracity to build business solutions from the ground up for this specialist in ceramic tile and terrazzo commercial construction as well as granite for residential and commercial structures nationwide.

Meeting with project teams throughout the country, Grazzini Brothers also needed a state-of-the-art teleconferencing room. The family owners believe that Veracity keeps them on the leading edge of technology through their consulting and business analysis services. A couple years ago, Veracity also helped the company transition to electronic blueprints – eliminating the need to handle and store 200-pound paper blueprints.

"Ninety percent of the ideas are from them and 10 percent are from us. They know how our business works," says Jim Byrne, CFO.

Byrne emphasizes the great working relationship between the two companies when it comes to strategic planning for technology every fall. He also appreciates the accessibility to technical support to maintain email, security and server integrity. The remote monitoring and support is especially beneficial.

"Veracity taught us to change our thinking – that we can do things differently – and the successes of past implementations have shown us the benefits," Byrne says.
